Glen Greener

Director of Coaching Glen Greener, is a CSCF Development Level Race Coach, Internationally Qualified Ski Teacher and has successfully completed the BASI Level 4 ISTD Teaching examination. He is Head Coach for Ski MK Race Team. Glen is highly experienced working to develop skiers of all levels and ages to achieve their personal goals.

Glen coaches some of our young stars of tomorrow on Gravity’s Development Programme, which has brought through a number of enthusiastic young skiers to the British Childrens Ski Team.

Stuart Bernard

Stu is a BASI Level 4 ISTD Instructor. Having thought skiing for nearly 30 years is knowledge is a great benefit to everyone who skis with him. He has worked with our racers on building great technical foundations to prepare them for racing. Stu is also a BASI examiner and works in Tignes France in some of the winter months.

Gravity coaches are second to none. We can help with all aspects of your skiing development. Our many years of experience working with Ski Racers gives you the benefit of an expert eye to show you what your are doing well, as well as what we need to work on to achieve your goals.

Jocelyn Cockle (Floss)

Floss is a Qualified Race Coach, Eurotest holder and BASI Level 4 ISTD based in Tignes/Val d’Isere in the winter months.

Floss’s passion is the adventure of the backcountry and teaching at the highest level to clients seeking to develop their off-piste and touring skills. Floss has an infectious enthusiasm for all things snowy that we all love.

Mark Shaxted

Mark is a Level 4 Canadian Ski Instructor and Examiner for the CSIA. Mark has a passion for developing great ski instructors and has delivered courses as far away as China. Mark has also trained up some of our young racers through their examinations to become ski Instructors.

Grace Neasham

Grace is a talented and enthusiastic coach who brings her keen eye and northern humour to our sessions. Grace is also an BASI Adaptive Instructor and guides VI athletes on race training sessions. Grace is moving quickly through her professional examinations and has a bright future in the snowsports industry.

Jess Anderson

Jess started her ski racing journey with us when she was 6 years old. Her hard work and dedication resulted in her selection for the British Childrens Team from the age of 12. Jess has won numerous national championships across the disciplines and represented Great Britain at the youth Olympics. Jess can be found working the children hard on our schools programme when not in the Alps.

Glen has coached Megan since the age of 6, taking her from snow-ploughing to becoming a member of the British Children’s Ski Team. She's been on camps with Glen and Gravity for some years where her confidence as a skier and a person has grown. We would highly recommend Gravity to anybody.

Jess has been coached by Glen for nearly 11 years from Mini to U18. During this time Glen has been a central figure in her development of essential skills as the platform to build on before moving onto ski racing. During her time with Glen, Jess has won the British Slalom Championship and has been a member of the Great Britain Childrens Ski Team for 6 seasons
